Confirmed Service Customer
Made appointment per dealership requirements for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment time and processed my credit card 103 minutes later. With appointment and arriving on time time to complete basic maintenance should have been completed within 60 minutes. No communication from service advisor of delay. Asked for time technician clocked on job and was told unable to pull this information from records.

Philip in the service department was very welcoming and straightforward. Also it was very nice to get my car back earlier than what he predicted.
