I have a 2012 Buick Lacrosse Phillip Shelton is my service advisor. I came in for an advised oil change, which was done effectively. Also, advised a battery and Cabin Air Filter was needed. I declined and thanked him for the advice. I told him that I would let my son take care of it. So, all in all it was a very productive experience. My oil was changed and I’m happy.

Appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm. Arrived at 2:45 pm and didn't leave until 5:00 pm. Understood the wait but didn't understand all the oil left on the interior of my bought new, 5000 mile, expensive 2024 Sierra AT4. Oil on the door panel, steering wheel and gear shift knob. Advisor was visibly upset with tech and said this happens too often. My previous truck ('21 Sierra Denali) had a loose oil filter and I discovered an oil pool on my driveway. Purchased two vehicles from this location. Considering doing business with an entirely different GMC dealer. Do better Sunrise GMC Wolfchase.

Service department are not fully doing work that we are paying for. They are not rotating tires. I called them out on it because for a fact i had brake dust in my front tires and the dust still remained which showed me they did not rotate tires. I’m deciding rather or not should I get a new service provide or put stickers on my tires to ensure they are doing exactly what I’m paying for.

I have been bringing my car in to get a oil change, maintenance, and any other service that I may need since I bought my car in 2011. I have never paid $96.00 for a a simple oil change, I feel that when you have loyal customers like myself, we should be informed of the price increase of any of the services before the service is rendered. I hadn't been there since September 2023 and the price wasn't outrages like the service in 2024. I should have been given an update as to the price increase as a customer courtesy seeing that I was told the price went up in December 2023. I will no longer get my car serviced at your service center because I don't feel that this good customer service.

I had 2 issues; neither were handled. Scuffing on the outside of the mirrors determined end of investigation. Beyond this, I have a dashcam. My truck ONLY drove from the service lane to a back parking lot. The next time my truck was powered up (hours later toward the end of the day) was to bring it back to me. No one seems to be able to change my code on console vault to anything other than 0000 factory default. I lost the use of my truck for a day for no good reason and to no avail.

The oil change service on my 2015 Enclave was done as requested; there was a problem on the sensors for monitoring air pressure in tires - two failed sensors were replaced.
