Very good service except for one minor thing, the technician did not reset the oil status gauge. I have to read the instruction manual on how to do it.

I was pleased with the repair but not pleased at all with the pricing! I was initially told my particular service would be 159.00 dollars per hour. It took your tech alll of 45 minutes to complete the repair! There was an attempt to overcharge me in the amount of 350.00 dollars which I strongly disagreed with! I spoke with the manager and resolved the issue. I should not have been charged the greater amount in the first place!

My son came in he needed a tire . this is in on the car note payment every month and you made him pay $285.00 for one tire. then take it off the car note every month now . i will be calling. that is to much for one tire and i am very mad. Nedra morgan

Called Service department twice on Thursday 21st to alert them to my problem, got forwarded from main desk to service dept, left messages for them to call me back...they never did. Called Service dept Friday the 22nd, finally got to talk to a person, who told me to bring it in and leave it, who also stated that he didn't know if it would get looked at right away (So basically leave it over the weekend) SO...I asked if I could bring it in first thing Monday Morning on the 25th and was given an appointment for 0700 on Monday. I dropped my truck off at 0700, and was told they would look at it, and call me with a Diagnosis. By 1:45 I hadn't heard anything so I called you guys for a status, and was told.....Nothing to report at this time, didn't know if the Mechanic had looked at it yet, so I said okay and told them to call me when they knew something. At 5:30 still no phone call from the dealership so I called back, again, and was told the same thing....didn't know if it had been looked at, or the Mechanic hadn't informed anybody of what the problem was....SO yeah basically I was told that Tuesday my truck would surely be looked at, and they would call me. So Tuesday rolls around and I finally get a call from the Dealership around 12:30 in the afternoon telling me my vehicle was ready for Pick Up..... So good that it was fixed, and evidently it was diagnosed on Monday, and a Part ordered, just nobody was able to communicate this to me. I was happy with the service overall, just not happy with the lack of communication, especially in the day and age of computers, and cell phones, so Maybe tighten up that little problem in the Customer Service program. Again was pleased with the service, just did not like being in the Dark on the problem and when it would be fixed. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership and have to make arrangements to get there. Hard to do when you don't know when your truck will be ready.

My part was on some kind of nationwide backorder. But thankfully they were able to find one. I only issue was lack of communication from dealership on weekly basis to what was going on. However that could just be my ocd.

The service to my vehicle was fine and done in an appropriate amount of time. The service advisor I had was polite. I went to the cashier to pay. I always start by saying good morning and she just looked annoyed that I was there. In my opinion, she was not friendly or helpful. She acted as if I was I was bothering her by the fact that I asked where I could find my vehicle. I had already looked around before I went in to get my vehicle to see if I saw it. I did not. My husband, who had dropped me off at the dealership, had also driven around looking for it and could not find it. So I asked and, her response was, it's out there somewhere in a rude tone. I said welI, I know that but is it on the side or the back I just didn't see it. She said they put them in the back. It was cold outside and I walked around looking for my GMC in a lot full of GMC's. I even used my app, the honk feature on my fob, and still couldn't find it. I had to go back in and get a service tech to help me locate my vehicle. The way she acted, and by the way that attitude seems to happen ever time I check out at this dealership, is the reason I told my husband as soon as I am out of warranty I will be going somewhere else for service on my vehicle. I own a Yukon XL Denali.

After my oil change was completed I went home parked and came out a hour later to oil all over my garage floor. This is not the first time that this has happened. My previous oil change appointment the same thing happened and I had to come in and get the filter changed due to it being “ faulty”. Just wish they could perfect the simple task of an oil change and have some pride in their work. Oil was all over the place. As of now I would not recommend using GMC Bartlett.

I came to Wolf Chase yesterday to service my 2024 Sierra Denali Ultimate. But the main reason is that your Service advisor John Ragland transferred to Wolf Chase from Collierville, I trust John with my truck and that is hard to find today.

This time was Great, the time before with my Sons truck, needing a Tire was terrible. you guys charged me $400 for 1-tire. Paul gave me $30 off, so i paid $370 for a tire. i will never be back for tires.
