Came in for a oil and to rectify a noise. Was told what the problem is and given a price with it being complete same day. I agreed to said work, got a call about two hours later saying the mechanic is gone and I won't get the car for another three days. That third day comes get a call the work is done but the noise is still there and it's actually another $300. Meanwhile no loaner was offered or anything. I'm, in Healthcare and understand things happen BUT promote communication is key

I had a scheduled appointment but my vehicle did not get taken to shop for 2 hours. I had to keep asking about it, but never was told when it would be taken back to be worked on. $350+ dollars for oil change, tires rotated and balanced, and cabin and oil filters. Really? I wateched the entire time and it took them less than 30 minutes to complete this work.

I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. My appointment was for 7am the following day. The service guy didn’t even call to let me know that my car was ready. So, I called close to the end of business day and he said, “your car been ready “.

Had a 10:00 appointment to have my oil changed got there about 9:50 and 4 cars were in the drive waited about 15 minutes no one was moving cars several people in the service write up office talking to each other but nobody moving cars.eventually Phillip came out and told me to leave it there he would take care on it which he did.After I got the oil changed I got home and looked at my Repair order and I noticed it had on it that I declined the Air and Cabin filter It was never mentioned to me I needed them.This was on my wife's Cadillac XT6 I left Landers Cadillac because the service was so bad and up until this last experience Sunrise GMC has been great.Please put the SERVICE back in the Service Department.
