Kept truck for 4 days and only changed the oil, rotated the tires, and replaced a trim piece. Couldn’t even replace the Kicker system which takes about 15 minuets. Communications are the worst, no phone calls ever returned from sales or service. Worst deal ship I have ever dealt with. I buy a new truck every 3 years!

Our experience at the dealership was EXCELLENT; Mark was super awesome. When we first arrived he was the only one that came out the dealership to greet us and introduce himself. He made us feel comfortable and explained the difference in GMC Terrain SLT with additional GREAT features as my husband had already knew what type of Terrain he wanted (we could not find the exact one he wanted). His knowledge of what we were looking for and what he had on the lott; matched pretty much. Then when we came back the second time Aaron greeted us immediately but took the time to find Mark for us. Mark had made such a great first impression to us we came back to get the car that my husband wanted. If we ever do ANY OTHER BUSINESS car wise Mark is whom we will go to EVERYTIME. Thanks Mark for all you did for us.

I went in for an a scheduled oil change at 9:30 and I didn’t leave until 1, upon check in the representative handed me someone else’s keys and upon departure misplaced my keys.

Scam me out of my money charge me for something they didn’t fix AC they had my car for almost a month didn’t get no call or text saying it was ready I had to call in order find out it’s been sitting there and when I did picked up the car the AC is not working that’s one of the issues I asked them to fix they charged me but the AC not working I took it back they asking me for more money I asked for refund back for the first time they supposedly fix but they refused to give me my money back.

I feel taken advantage of and lied to. The CPO warranty I signed said I had coverage through 2025, however, it was a typo. If I had known that the warranty would have run out sooner, I would have purchased a warranty to cover me through financing at the very least. My truck has 53,000 miles on it and have had several issues with the transmission, all known issues. I have to pay a little over $200 to get my truck running right and it doesn’t sit well with me. There would have to be a very special vehicle at sunrise for me to purchase from them again and I do not think that will ever happen. From purchasing the truck through today, I feel cheated. The services I have purchased have been as expected which is the only redeeming value I feel y’all have there.

Jaime was amazing. He understood what we were looking for in a new Yukon. He had all of our paperwork ready to be signed when we got there as well as having the Yukon ready for pickup. The process was one of the smoothest that we have experienced when buying a new vehicle.

Made appointment per dealership requirements for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment time and processed my credit card 103 minutes later. With appointment and arriving on time time to complete basic maintenance should have been completed within 60 minutes. No communication from service advisor of delay. Asked for time technician clocked on job and was told unable to pull this information from records.
